When Stirling Soap Co. developed the Intrepid Man fragrance (based on the Creed Original Santal fragrance), this was one of the earliest versions. It didn’t make the final cut because the sandalwood note smelled more like amyris than real sandalwood (amyris is also called West Indian sandalwood, so the notes are quite similar). However, Stirling really liked the fragrance and has therefore decided to offer it for a limited time.
